Elaine McGowan, RD: one of Ireland's leading private healthcare clinical dietitians and nutritionists. With over 3 decades' experience specialising in diet and digestive conditions, she has treated patients in her clinics in Dublin, Limerick and Clare. She has written articles for Irish national newspapers, given interviews on national radio and shared her experience in TV appearances on RTE, the Irish national television network, on shows such as 'Don't Drop Dead Yet', 'You Should Really See a Doctor' and 'Head to Toe'.
