Illustrated by Steve Doogan.

A poetry lover, a curator of joy and a wise woman with a deep sense of compassion, Dearbhla Mescal has inspired thousands online to slow down, savour the small moments and rediscover the beauty in everyday life.

Now, in her first book, she invites you to join her on a journey of reflection and renewal through a tender and uplifting collection of poems and heartfelt musings.

'Sincere and full of light - these poems will offer comfort and calm' - Sarah Crossan

'A beautiful and uplifting book to shift the focus onto the simple yet profound things that really matter - and which bring a deep and timeless joy' - Santa Montefiore

'A celebration of the quiet, tender moments that make up our lives ... where the practice of being present becomes a revolutionary act of self-love' - Lang Leav

This little book is a culmination of my curated joys throughout the past few years. It contains my rambling thoughts on life's issues that have popped up along the way. I truly hope it gives you a pathway to beginning your own 28 days of finding joy.

Whether you're seeking comfort in difficult times, a spark of inspiration or simply a gentle pause in the rush of modern living, this book offers a literary hug for the soul. With words that soothe and encourage, Dearbhla reminds us that joy isn't found in grand gestures, it's woven into the quiet, ordinary moments we often overlook.
