Description: Congratulations to award winning impressionist painter, Doreen Drennan who has just published her book, ‘OF SURF & STONE’. This lovely book is a collection of poems, paintings and garden images reflecting life observations of the West of Ireland, from growing up on Achill Island to currently living in the Burren region, County Clare.
All proceeds of the book are being donated to RNLI Lifeboats.
About the Author: Doreen Drennan has been documenting the Atlantic coastline and the Burren for over 35 years through her painting and poetic verse in later years. Born and rerared in Achill Island, she now lives in North Clare, where her studio is located and is surrounded by her coastal garden.
